The Madison field trip happened today just like it was supposed to! There were some interesting moments: motion sickness, lunches inadvertently left on the bus, going through security at the Capitol and a little rain. Just the same, nothing dampened our spirits. Hopefully the students learned something new on the trip.
Tonight the students need to draw something that they saw at the Capitol and we will discuss and reflect on the trip in social studies class. Thank you to our chaperones Sean Williams, Steven Gillespie and Timothy Manville.
