Buckhorn Tree Planting

It was chilly and breezy this morning, but that seems to be a good day this spring so Necedah fourth graders boarded a bus and headed to Buckhorn Park to plant trees. We arrived at the park around 8:40 and split into two groups. 4H planted trees near the lake shelter. 4T planted trees near the group camp. Your child's muscles may be a little sore and their pants a little dirty, but it was worth it. Visit the park this summer to see our handiwork.
