Conferences

I visited with many parents at conferences. Report cards and WKCE results were sent home over a week ago so this conference was geared more towards sharing student work and planning for improvement. Parents left the classroom with Famous American book reports, the Measure of Academic Progress and Accelerated Reader reports for their child as well as all of the subject area tests that their student saved in his/her portfolio since September. If you were unable to attend your child's conference, watch his/her take-home folder for a large packet of information that you will want to look through and possibly save for future viewing.
