Don't Forget the Sack Lunch!

Unless you signed your child up for school sack lunch, he/she should be bring a sack lunch from home on Tuesday. Don't forget to plan for that this weekend. Keep in mind that your child's stomach is about the size of a fist. A huge lunch with a 20 ounce bottle of sugary soda really isn't necessary. Your child will feel better for the second half of the trip with a moderate, healthy meal in his/her tummy.
