Madison is an Extended Day Trip

Please note that the field trip to Madison is an extended day trip due to the length of the drive. Students will need a lunch from home or a school sack lunch. We will leave Necedah Elementary right around 8:05. We will tour the Veterans' Museum at 10:00, the State Historical Museum at 11:00 and the Capitol Building at 1:00. Lunch will be eaten at the State Historical Museum cafeteria or on the steps of the Capitol Building if the weather allows. We will board the buses to return home by 2:15 and head for Necedah. Parents should expect to see us between 4 and 4:30. After School Program children can stay at school to attend 4H and then ride their regular ASP bus home. Students who do not attend the ASP will need to be sure that a parent is here to pick them up.
