The 4 SUPER H class of 2009-2010 had its official first day today and it was great! We started the day with perfect attendance. The class worked on getting to know each other doing activities called the Name Wave, A Banner Year and Community Circle.
Tomorrow we will rotate to writing/spelling and science for the first time.
We will have "Bus School" in the morning.
Several sheets of information went home in your child's take-home folder today. There was a letter from the fourth grade teachers, a letter from the principal explaining the new "day" schedule, a letter from Mrs. Belmonte in the library and an informational sheet plus application for dental care. Soon I will send home a daily schedule. Please take the time to read the information. It is all important.
Now I will go home and read my son's informational packet!
I am looking forward to another day of learning tomorrow.
