Pretty soon all students will be out of school. Look out world! I hope that those of you who attended summer school know how much I appreciate being able to have you in my summer class. Students in Computer Kids were able to access many fun websites. Students in the afternoon class wrote a book called Duck and Goose and the Crazy Kitten. They read a few books in class and took Accelerated Reader tests. The afternoon kids polished up their math skills using MnMs and Skittles for multiplication, addition, word problems and making graphs.
I really have to hand it to my afternoon students for hanging in there and coming to school in the summertime.
