Author Visit

Fourth graders received a visit from author Jim Pope of Waupaca on
Tuesday. In coordination with the Rural Heritage Reading Project, Mr. Pope came to our classrooms, shared stories about his childhood and then read from his book Everyday Adventures of a Farm Boy in the '50s. Every child received a door prize of either an arrowhead, stick pencil or stamp. Better yet -- each child received an autographed copy of this beautiful hardcovered book!
