The first day of school was wonderful! All 16 students were here and everyone settled in nicely.
We spent most of the day getting to know each other and creating some personal decorations for our classroom. Every child received a water bottle with their name on it. They will be allowed to have the bottle in the classroom as long as they handle it properly.
Just a reminder that every child should read 20 minutes nightly and write the title of the book on their agenda page.
Today we will begin to settle in to some academics.
